Safeguarding & Whistleblowing
Green Planet South Sudan has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, fraud, corruption, abuse of power and any form of misconduct. If you have experienced or witnessed wrongdoing involving GPSS, its staff, volunteers or partners, please tell us. Every report is treated seriously, confidentially and without retaliation.
What You Can Report
Any sexual misconduct, harassment or exploitation involving staff, volunteers, partners or community members.
Theft, bribery, misuse of funds or assets, kickbacks, or conflicts of interest.

This form goes directly to GPSS management via hotline@greenplanet-ss.org. You may report anonymously.
Every effort is made to maintain confidentiality throughout the complaints process.
GPSS acts against anyone who seeks or carries out retaliation against complainants, survivors or witnesses.
Safety, dignity and wellbeing of survivors guide every step, including referral to support services.
We may not investigate cases relating to other organisations, but we have an obligation to report them.
What Happens Next
The safeguarding coordinator acknowledges receipt, records the case confidentially and refers it to the safeguarding focal person within 36 hours.
Focal points ensure preventive and responsive measures — including safety assessment and survivor assistance — and manage expectations about the process.
The case is referred for investigation under our internal protocols, and child-protection service providers are engaged where a child is involved.
Where possible, complainants and survivors are given feedback on the status and outcome of the case.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.
