As Executive Director, Emmanuel leads the day-to-day management of Green Planet South Sudan and presides over its operations, reporting to the Board of Directors.

He guides GPSS's strategy across its six thematic areas, builds partnerships with government, communities and donors, and champions the organisation's commitment to accountability, safeguarding and inclusive service delivery.

Grace leads GPSS's programmes department, coordinating the Health & Nutrition, Food Security & Livelihoods, Gender & Protection and Education teams.

She ensures programmes are evidence-based, community-driven and delivered to high quality standards, working closely with monitoring and evaluation to measure impact and continuously improve.

Simon oversees GPSS's support services — finance, human resources and procurement — ensuring resources are managed transparently and in line with donor requirements.

He safeguards the systems and controls that make GPSS a trusted, accountable partner, from financial reporting to fair procurement and staff wellbeing.

Mary leads GPSS's gender and protection work, advancing the safety, rights and dignity of women, girls and at-risk community members.

She coordinates GBV prevention and response, drives safeguarding across the organisation, and serves as a focal point for the protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) process.
